The owner of this Tesla Model 3 was stranded for more than fifteen hours with his car. She refused to disconnect from the Supercharger!
As on many occasions, the driver of a Tesla Model 3 recently went to a Tesla charging station to refuel his car batteries. Located in the United States in the state of Florida, the station in question had several Superchargers, these famous fast charging stations set up by Tesla since the beginning of the last decade.
But when the driver wanted to disconnect the cable from the terminal, nothing happened as planned: the car refused to unlock the cable: neither the button on the screen of the center console, nor the mechanical lock located in the trunk did not function normally.
Blocked for 15 hours!
The owner, who recounts his misadventure on the American network Reddit, remained blocked for 15 hours before the system finally agreed to release his car. Tesla has been informed of the incident and will perform tests on his vehicle to find the origin.
